My question is, can Daemon Heralds join units from CSM codex? I understand daemon if instability says "a unit with this special rule cannot be joined by a model without this special rule." Not to be cheesy, but can a model WITH this rule, join a unit without it? A herald of nurgle joining to a unit of cultists for example.
