I need advice! As much as possible!

I am looking for an army that can touch of the keystones of fast attack, shock troopers, Heavy assault, Air assault, and General strength of ground units in an equally good format.

I am currently considering Chaos (with their IA capabilities) & Orks ('Cuz they loves to stomp ya!). I am in no way considering Eldar or Dark Eldar and have found myself bored with regular Space Marines and sorta contempt with IG (they being so diverse but being so crump-a-licious).

I would love to have some advice on any or all armies before sinking another few hundred bucks on them...please?

Well a guy in our gaming group plays successfully three Helldrakes, three Maulerfiends, led by a Lord on steed. Another plays Daemons and CSM with lots of winged DPs.

Depends if you want to be a powergaming chump like the guy wuestenfux is talking about, or run an army thats fun and actually requires skill to use.

Super competitive Ork builds are really boring, and only really use like three or four different units from the codex. Semi-competitive or non-competitive Ork builds are great fun. It all depends on what type of game your playing.

I've said it before, I'll say it again: Green iz best! An Armored Krumpany list (infantry mounted in Battlewagons) sounds like a good fit for what you're suggesting. You'll want a Nob squad, some Shoota Boyz, and Battlewagons with Deffrollaz. Dakkajets are quite good, assuming you're not comparing them to Vendettas. One nice thing about Orks and their terrible, terrible BS is that they really don't mind snap shots. Their weapons hit a lot harder or fire a lot more shots, since they normally hit only half as often as Marines. Thus, a mechanic that's balanced for BS 3+ is much more powerful in their hands. I love filling a wagon with shoota boyz and tearing around the battlefield 12" at a time, smacking stuff with the rolla and unleashing 42 snap shots from the passengers at whatever survives that.

Lol, Armoured Krumpany.

If you want a serious Armoured Ork force, grab nine (nine!) forgeworld Big Traks with either deff rollas or supa-kannons and go to town. The second option in particular looks broken as all hell.

Play Necrons there good at everything. What EVER you do pick, don't play Ork the best unit in the Ork codex is the allies they can take!
1) Fast attack the dakka jet is the only thing that is ok and its the hands down the worst of the flyers, everything other then lasguns can shoot it down.
2) Shock troopers the only shocking thing about boyz is why they feel the need to hit there enemies with wet towels
3) Heavy assault, Orks almost come good here Nob bikes are ok if you like death stars they will cost 450pts minimum and can go as high as 700pts. the main problem with them is LD since the is only 10 Nobs and a warboss in the unit as soon as you take 1 casualty you stop being fearless (the only thing still good about Orks in 6ed) meaning your 700pts unit of death can now be pinned or run down if you loss in assault thanks to there craptastic initiative
4) Air assault LOL

The only playable list i have found for Orks is
taking a IG army with Orks as allies
1 big mek with KFF and 3 grot oilers
9 mega Nobs in a battlewagon
10 grots 1 slaver

I think you may be getting your terms mixed up here - do you by any chance mean Heavy *ATTACK* rather than Heavy assault? Assault usually refers to close combat, which is precisely where you don't want many heavy weapon options.

Have you considered drop-pod Space Marines?

Using a core of Predators and Dreadnoughts (armed with autocannons and assault cannons) and/or Stormtalons for air assault, and possibly Tactical Marines for objective-sitting, pop a couple of Sternguard units (shock troopers) and a Command squad (fast attack, possibly with Pedro Kantor to make the Sternguard scoring) into drop pods to get some early damage dropped on your opponent before they have a chance to take your arrivals out.
Bearing in mind that these units will be susceptible to return fire and assaults the turn after they arrive, some TH/SS Termies is also a good idea. Teleporting them in is a risk thanks to mishaps, but you can also put them in a Land Raider and advance it up to force your opponent to concentrate on separate threats.
