I have recently moved to Calgary and I am looking at getting back into 40k. I am not a new player, but I have no experience with the new edition.

Anyone have any information about 40k gaming groups in the Calgary area?

Thanks. I have played there before, but never 40k. I tried to contact the group that plays 40k there, but had no luck. I guess i might just have to turn up on the night they are supposed to play and hope they show.

Hey guys I am looking to find people to play 40k with as well.I dont know anyone in the calgary area but i am hoping to meet some people to play with possibly at sentry box.I used to play 2nd and 3rd edition but recently decided to get back into the hobby.I havent played a game of 6th yet though.What armies do you all play ,I have a tyranid army.

Its almost July, I will be in Calgary for two weeks. I will spend a lot of time at Sentry Box, and I am going to bring a 500, 750, 1000pt lists and armies to play. If you guess show up just let me know. We can all work out 6th ed out from 500 to 2000 points in no time.

I'm also learning to play 6th after taking a break from the hobby in 3rd. It's been a while since i've played but I understand the fundamentals, it would only take a game or two to grasp the finer tweaks of 6th. I live in the SW area and frequent Imaginary Wars quite often, it's on the corner of Southland and Elbow I believe, and they seem to have quite an avid 40K group there it's always busy. They have a few tables with terrain there that we could play on. Sentry Box is a little farther away and i've never seen a large group of 40K players playing there at all but I know they have plenty of tables for use, whether or not they have terrain i'm not sure of. If anyone is interested in learning/playing with me hit me up with a PM or reply and we'll work out a way to throw some dice together.
