A quick question to anyone who has one of these, would one fit on an oval base (flier base)?

Site says the square base is 100mm square, so I was wondering if a 115x90mm oval would suffice for a base. Planning a 40k tzeench daemons army so just wanting to get a sizing idea.

Also, how much taller is it than the GW LoC/Fateweaver, as I'm also might consider picking up two to make my own fateweaver

I'd pick up the aracknorak spider base. it would be much more stable.

The USS Orinoco was a Federation Danube-class runabout that was in service with Starfleet in the late 24th century, attached to Deep Space 9. It was outfitted with a sensor pod.

All of the FW GDs are massively larger than the GW equivalents.

That said, my KoS fits handsomely on a 60mm round base, so I can't see a problem fitting the LoC on an oval.

It is possible, albeit unlikely, that if you don't base it on the same size as the standard GW one that an opponent may object, but I wouldn't worry too much, as that may be a clue that you don't want to be playing them anyway!
