So I'm in the planning stage of some 1k sons, And have been scouring the t'interweb for bits that I like that might be useful for the project.
Am struggling to find a bolt gun stylised towards the theme, perhaps with an eye of horus, a tzeench logo or just an ancient legion esque gun might do the trick, anyone got any suggestions? (Am aware of the Gdub 1ksons conversion pack with the bolter that has a falcon beak at the end of the iron sights, but finecast is not acceptable as a medium for mini's im afraid)

Have been looking at Kromlech Khopesh swords, and Scibor egyptian warrior swords (which im unsure about the size of; too big for power armour guys?)

At this point I've been unable to find anything thats catching my eye, considering trying to mod an imperial or chaos marines bolter to have the eye on the side.

I dont suppose you could take a look at space wolf bolters? they seem to be specialized well, and dont come in finecast or upgrade packs.

Try Anvil Industry, they have a range of 'not bolters' that may help - not chaosy but the heretic series at least seems like an earlier legion style bolter.

Its one of those things I wish id done years ago when the upgrade pack was metal as I do like the gw 1ksons bolter, it would do what i'm after as far asthetics go.
