I am pretty sure he does not, fantasy transfer sheets are very rare, the only ones I know of currently are the new High elf ones release on Saturday.

Back in the days there were some transfer sheets for O&G as well and I am pretty sure Empire and Chaos had some too but that´s long ago. Your best bet is to take those "paper stuff" and print it. They were pretty common in 3rd/4th edition but I dont know if those books exist anymore.

Any alternative then?
Preferences would be 2 small fleur-de-lys for the shield and a sword, for the shield as well, but I might be able to fit one on the body.

many local hobby stores sell blank transfer sheets you can print onto, might be worth looking into doing a transfer sheet yourself.

I dont know for sure but I guess there are transfer sheets from other companies. I mean, you are looking for medieval stuff so that should be available.

The bretonnian knight units and MAA's come with a bunch of decals,,,I still have a boatload of them,,,as to small fleur-de-lys try using sisters of battle decals,,those transfere sheets come with alot of them.
