Any particular units that stand out in army mirror matches? Any buff/debuff seems to be useable by anyone, like the Warpstorm Table.

Does mixed daemons have the advantage over mono daemons?

The biggest thing you could take advantage of is that most units - those all-important Troops, especially - only have a 5+ save, but you can't negate it. So go for lots of ordinary attacks rather than heavy hitters.

I could actually see Chariots being useful here... Daemonettes too, and Plaguebearers for their poison. Bloodletters on the other hand are less valuable.
I also wouldn't worry about Soul Grinders, as they're a lot of points for what they'll bring against Daemons and it's all too likely an MC of some kind will take it out with a Smash attack.

Do make sure you bring your own MCs!!

Yes.

Daemon vs daemon matches must be a lot of fun.

I'd be happy to have soul grinders if you have more shooting they have to come to you and the AA would be nice.

Flesh hounds sound good too, good number of S4-5 attacks and don't have to worry about the ap.

Grinders with Phlegm allow that player to ID Crushers, Fiends, Flesh Hounds and Heralds. Sounds good to me. I have found Slaanesh to be very good in the Daemon mirror - weight of fire is what beats Daemons and Slaanesh has that for CC attacks.

Double Warp Storm is bad for everyone.

Daemons don't really have strong anti-flyer options, in general whoever brings more FMC win.

Also, Pink Horrors are better than the other troop choices since they can get a 2++ rerollable save.

The grimoire is double-useful against other daemons, you can use it to reduce their saves.

Power weapons are pretty much useless, flesh hounds work way better than bloodletters for that sort of thing. Daemonettes would probably be the best unit point for point, with a high volume of attacks that can take out mass infantry and rend monstrous creatures with ease.

Str 8 weapons are valuable for taking out those multi-wound elites like crushers, flamers and heralds, with skull cannons doing double duty as frag grenades for your poor grenadeless assault troops.
