hello i am a blood angel player looking for anti-tank allies i have been considering IG, Tau and Necrons
which one do you think wouled be the best for tank hunting/flyer hunting?

I'd say IG.

They have some pretty strong long range tank hunting in Heavy Support, and even then, Vendettas are pretty good tank/aircraft hunters as well.

well Tau is always good for AA fire, but due to the nerf the only anti tank they have is battlesuits with fusion

IG are the best ally for pretty much every army. Especially if they're battle brothers.

Get some necrons in gold and scarlet paintjobs, their impressionable robot minds have been influenced by the lure of blood angels bling

I think deep striking Space Marines might be helpful. Meltaguns or combi-meltas flying out of the sky can do a wonderful job at tank hunting. I play a Salamander drop pod list, so I might be a bit biased, but I do a really good job against armor heavy lists. IG could be a good option as well. Space Marines in drop pods are good as well, since they can take one more meltagun in a standard squad than a vanilla marine tactical squad can. The reason I recommend pods is that as a Blood Angels player, you have the only scout squads that can take Locator Beacons, which can make Drop Pods much more efficient.

I'd consider blood angels jump packs with melta gun's. They only scatter d6, and can land right behind tanks, and meltagun them in the rear armour, before going off and doing other assault mariney things. Doesn't get much better than that

Id add dante into that too. He adds in a bs5 melta pistol and NO SCATTER ON DS. Also a sterngaurd pod with combi meltas. Giving the sternpod a priest is good, especially if you can get the SP termi armour. Some people use corbulo instead. Meh.

Against flyers idk. My local group doesn't use a lot of flyers, so I just ignore them. Id say aegis defense line or missle devs with pescience.
