Hello Dakka!
Please review and correct my list. I mean to take it to a very competitive enviroment. Any advice is much appreciated.
HQ
Master of the Forge w/ Conversion Beamer
DA Librarian (Prescience)
Troops
10 man Tactical squad w/ flamer, lascannon, combi-flamer in Razorback w/ TL lascannon
10 man Tactical squad w/ meltagun, multi-melta, combi-melta in Rhino or Drop Pod
5 man Sniper Scout Squad w/ sniper rifles
DA 5 man tactical squad w/ meltagun, combi-melta in Razorback w/ TL lascannon
DA 5 man tactical squad w/ flamer, combi-flamer in Razorback w/ TL lascannon
Fast Attack
Stormtalon with Skyhammer Missiles
Stormtalon with Skyhammer Missiles
Heavy Support
Auto/las Predator
Thunderfire Cannon
Thunderfire Cannon
DA auto/las Predator
ADL with Quad Gun
So, it is pretty much a gunline, but i believe i can place the ADL forward and Rhino rush if need dictates.
I can bolster up to 3 ruins and if i manage to get the "conqueror of cities" warlord trait, i have a 2+ cover save without going to ground.
The lascannon half of my first tacical squad and the scouts are my home objective campers and can fire the ADL
My greatest dilemma is whether to use a Drop Pod or a Rhino for my second full tac squad.
Drop Pod has the obvious advantages of a possible 1st turn melta and the usual consequences next shooting phase, so i am torn and can not decide...
The other point i need advice is whether to use tl las or las/plas Razorbacks.
Las/plas seem to have much better firepower but i find i need the reliability of tl guns, especially with lascannons when each hit or miss can dictate the game..
Thank you for your patience!

I see what you're wanting to do with the techmarines so thats alright and can bring a bit of a cover combo with the ADL. My main concern is the number of TL lascannon razorbacks. Its quite an expensive way to get them and even if they will hit consistently, ultimately its on an AV11 vehicle. So where a couple of predators can last a bit of fire, those aren't particularly hard to knock out and then you've lost a significant amount of your armies anti-tank. If you are set on taking them, go for the las/plas as you will hit well enough regardless. As far as drop podding meltas go I would rather go with sternguard since you can chuck a few more in there, so for a TAC squad I would say go with a rhino and just take pot shots out the hatch. Plus there would only be one drop pod in your list which from what I've seen, doesn't often work too competitively. But overall I think it looks okay.

Thanks for your opinion!
Can you clarify what you mean by "..and can bring a bit of a cover combo with the ADL"
Are there any hidden possibilities that i do not have in mind?
I believe ADL and bolstered ruins work seperately..

I'd probably stick with the rhino. One thing about dropping in is you need to land HARD, otherwise you are just going to get blown off the table next turn. With one tac squad, you only options are going to be a very conservative drop off to the side of the action. And if you are doing that, might as well take a rhino.
Upgunned razors pack a lot of firepower on a very fragile chassis. I can understand their appeal, as they are a FOC-free light tank. I just feel that the points would be better spent on fewer, real, tanks. Your HS slots are full though, so you have what you got. I'm also a firm believer is keeping tactical squads together to maximize bolter fire. Combat squadding with get you more from your special/heavy weapons, but a well executed bolter drill needs mass of fire to work.
Your list has a solid firebase. I would go with the las/plas. You don't have any plasma in your list, so adding some gives you more options. Another option would be to just run basic HBs, and take those points and sink them into getting more firepower. MM attack bikes, typhoon speeders, dreadnought, something.
Ally forces only need one troop. While I like the number of scoring bodies you have on the ground, if you need to trim something, you could drop one of these guys.
Overall, it looks like a solid, TAC list.

oh with regards to the 'cover combo', it wasn't anything special. Just saying you'll have your ADL and a couple of bolstered ruins in your deployment zone so there will be plenty of solid cover to work with to make a solid firebase.
