Hi there guys n gals

If I might ask for a little assistance from my fellow gamers who have experience with Chaos Space Marines.

After picking up Dark Vengeance I've decided to put together a CSM army. My usual approach to army building is to just get what I like the looks off primarily and develop it into something with more structure as I play games and get used to it.

In the last 12 months I have started to become heavily involved in tournaments and I'd like to start off with as beardy an army as possible, but I have no experience with using CSM and was wandering if anyone can help with some ideas for a solid 1500 pts army, or if anyone has a good army list I could look at that would be awesome.

I'm also happy to include Daemon allies as I already have this army, but it is not essential.

Thank you all for reading and any replies or assistance would be much appreciated

Could have some chaos dwarfs in there, they have long beards..
.just looked up the term "beardy" A word sometimes used to describe experienced veterans of Warhammer or Warhammer 40000 with the same definition as cheesy.
You want a cheese CSM list?

He's looking for a tournament liable army list, which are usually considered beardy, or cheesey, or WAAC or net listing...etc.

Basically you are looking at Nurgle or Slaanesh troops, chaos spawn, helldrakes, oblits, havoks, preds, maybe some cultists for cheap scoring. Jugger lords work well in a spawn or bike squad. Demon princes are okay, but extremely expensive points wise.

For allies, if you are set on demons....I have no idea what's good there. Maybe a couple of tzeench heralds, plague bearers and a soul grinder?
