So I will be heading for Germany around the Ramstein/Kaiserlauter area and I'm looking to find a good gaming group both 40K and RPG any help would be appreciated.

I was there a few years ago and there was a group on Ramstein that met fairly regularly and there's also the Comic Laden in downtown K-town that has game nights (but with the locals, so brush up on your conversational German). I found playing with the locals to be very enjoyable and they helped me with my German a bit. I think Vogelweh had a gaming group as well. It's a huge military community so there's always a group for something, the trick is finding it.
