They'd need GW's go ahead and given the disaster DMO seemed to have become for THQ I'd suspect they'd be reluctant.

They didn't acquire Vigil.

What they bought were several of THQs IPs... one of which happened to be Darksiders.

The majority of Vigil was laid off, a few of the core team (~20 I believe) is now Crytek USA.
