Anywhere online I can pick up some cheap spray paints to spray some vehicles with? I don't know what type of paint I'd need for plastic GW vehicles.

Army painter colour primers seem a safe bet, wide selection, widely available online too.
Failing those, any matt finish spray should work well, if your prime first with a known dependable product then issues of new paints onto plastics cant happen.
Halfords do a few, Liquitex make acrylic sprays aimed at the artist market too.

Some places can mix you up a can to match a colour too. Some of the larger halfords stores definatly do this, as do a lot of car paint and panel repair supply shops. If you wanted a spray to match a citadel (or any other brand) colour, simply paint a scrap of paper or card etc and take it down to them, or even take the pot, although dried colour is what your trying to match, not wet.

The USS Orinoco was a Federation Danube-class runabout that was in service with Starfleet in the late 24th century, attached to Deep Space 9. It was outfitted with a sensor pod.

I have a friend who found W&N (or was it Liquitex?) spray acrylics at the local hobby store, and he uses them on his buildings. They would probably work just fine on vehicles.
