So I am running another tournament for the store this time, although its part of a fundraising effort to help out a local who is being burdened by medical bills due to cancer. Half of everyones entry fee will be put toward the fundraising as well as anything else anyone can give. There will be a lot of events going on all weekend and door prizes will be available (Probable free lunch up for grabs)

1999+1 points maximum from a currently legal GW codex, NO FORGEWORLD IS ALLOWED this time.

First Round Starts at 11am Sharp

All current GW Errata’s and FAQ’s will be used as well but if you wish to reference an FAQ or Errata you must be able to show it.

You are not required to bring a fully painted army to play but it is preferred. Armies that are fully painted, including 3 colors minimum and based on every model, will receive a 5 point bonus to their overall Battle Points score. Armies with even just one model without these requirements will not get these points, you are warned!

You must bring at least 4 copies, one for each opponent and one for the TO, of your list.

Missions

Tournament missions are each based off of at least two of the current book missions combined. Every book mission/deployment will be used to some degree in this tournament.. These are, however, subject to change. Email the address above and I will send you the missions being played

Battle Points

Placing in the tournament will be determined as follows. Each round players will be awarded battle
points based on Win/Loss and Margin of victory. . Every Player begins the round with 10 battle points.
This is then modified by the victory point spread to determine the final battle point total. The maximum
points any player can receive for one round is 20 points. The minimum is 0.

For example …

Result Battle points
Draw Each player receives 10 points
1 VP win = Winner 11 points, Loser 9
5 VP win = Winner 15 points Loser 5
10+ VP win = Winner 20 points, Loser 0

A series of Bonus battle points will also be available
