Hello Everyone,
I've recently played my second game with my new Dark Elves and am really enjoying them though have a lot to learn. I've done up my first of hopefully many Dark Elf reports which you can find below:

Cheers. Jeff

The Lair of Vengeance....Poole.

I'm liking the list, but I noticed you had no shadow magic, and two units that need mindrazor/withering to deny armour/get wounds through, respectively. But as always, a nice report.

Malifaux masters owned: Guild(Sans McCabe), Outcasts(Sans Misaki), Arcanists(Sans Marcus)

Great report as always!

Your buddy has to be smarting after another quick exit for his DP, is there any way you think he could play him differently? All I can think is that that guy is safest in combat.

He hedged his bets that I would take Shadow I think and hence left the 2+ Flaming at home. The thing is I am a huge fan of metal as it allows you to nuke the MC before they get into combat.

With my DE I always intended to Searing Doom/Hounds him and if that didn't work I was going to put the Dreadlord in there to grind him down.

It's a lot tougher for the DP against OnG, the warmachines will nearly always grab him in 2 turns meaning the only option is to get in combat. However I will nearly always flee to prevent that, or rushing that far forward that fast will trip a fanatic screen and the Manglers which should kill him as well. I guess he has to have some bad match-ups.
