So I've been working on a pre heresy 1K Sons army. I'm using the GK book for the army so these are my Interceptors/Raptora cult. Every model in the army is going to be converted or kitbashed in some way shape or form. So without further ado let me know what you think.

And my counts as coteaz conversion. In his left hand he's holding a daemon head that will be paired ghost like to be his counts as partner eagle(1K sons tutelary). I had to sever the hair and turn the face around so it didn't look like it was trying to eat his crotch. He also has a GS scarab book on his backpack but that photo was horrendous.

Looking quite nice... However I'm not sure about using that model as coteaz...

I'm not arguing with you I'm jus curious why you don't think the Coteaz is ok? He's wysiwyg with the hammer and cyber eagle(countsas but still). He has artificer armor which is just more baroque power armor. I thought it all fit. I'm just waiting for the 2 replacement legs from my mk3 set to get here so I can assemble the last 2 interceptors then ill be painting them.

Cool stuff, can't wait to see it on the table top. Plus your basing and modeling skills have really improved over time.

Its a nice conversion I just doesn't really stand out enough from the other models... However a nice paint job could change that a lot

@LordCorvus-That's a totally fair point. Maybe I'll add some more ornateness(TM) to his armor his hammer is going to be detailed with paint instead of GS. He is also going to have more runic/psychic symbols painted on him than the others. But I'll definitely look into distinguishing him more than the other thanks man

@Buddha haha thanks man! Yah I was in a dead zone with no urge to do anything with my marines at the end of last year. I finally caught the bug to do modelling and painting again with the necrons and GK. so now all the little stuff I've worked on is coming out as I'm willing to put in that extra effort as well.
