hello,

I've got a copy of thw war of the ring rule book and I'm un-sure about how you mount your heroes. Like I want to run theoden in a rohan rider company, but I'm unsure wether it cost more points or he just comes on his horse.

Thanks

It should say whether he's on a horse in the Kingdoms of Men sourcebook. If it doesn't and he doesn't have the option to buy a horse, then he's on a horse. If it does have an option, you'll have to pay that amount to buy one for him.

I'm not sure for Théoden, but I know that Riders of Rohan and Footsoldiers of Rohan are two separate unit choices.

And my computer's autocorrect just put the accent on Théoden, that's awesome.

Heroes in war of the ring get to be whatever the company they are in is. If he's in a cavalry company he gets a horse.
