Sorry, i am at work and dont have my rule book to hand - just want something confirmed really.

I have just gotten IA12 and have ordered one fo the Gauss Sentry pylons.

From wat i have read they seem to be crew-less artillery - and it says in the book it can move - so presumably they can move 6" etc as normal.
But if their gun if Heavy 2 - would I be right in thinking that if the Sentry Pylon moves, it then has to snap-shot its gun?

Artillery cannot Snap shot, nor can they move and shoot at all (even with Non-Heavy weapons) BRB p46

So whats thepoint in allowing it to move at all then?

Weird.

Fair enough - i've never had access to Artillery before so it's something new to learn.

Heck, you might want to move your artillery just to get in range. 36, 48 or 60" may seem like the whole board, but its not, especially when you hide in the corner

Not really an issue as the gauss gun on the Sentry Pylon has a 120" range.
