Has anyone bought any of theese for Fow? i have heard they are real close to being in scale. Because if they are, i maybe buying a few of them.
BTw i think my local hobby store may have a few in stock.
Also we are looking at buying the New Drop Zone commmander Urban Terrain set for the tiles.I just thought theese may work out pretty good with it. Of course i would be mounting theese on some Foam core or a board.

The 1/76 scale buildings are off scale, but close enough that it wouldn't hurt you to have them on the table.

As for the new drop zone commander set, I recently acquired one and it is a great terrain set but it is VERY modern in style. It would not really fit well with WWII minis/scenarios. Of course if you don't care if they "fit" then by all means go for it. I bought it to play Epic 40k on, and am really looking forward to the first game using it as it is gorgeous.

As a rule 1/76 buildings are too big. I've got some in my collection and they look ok at a glance, but if you place the figures next to them you suddently see that the doors are about 10ft high.

Interesting - I noticed the DZC streets and buildings set and thought it looked pretty good for Epic as well, but was wondering how it would dual purpose for more modern or Sci-fi 15mm. Obviously it's out of scale with both, but how noticable is the difference? (I haven't got around to printing any of their free buildings yet for comparison)

Epic is 6mm scale, dropzone commander is 10mm scale...the buildings are a big large for epic, but when compared to my other 15mm terrain they weren't too bad. I think you should be able to be successful using the set with modern and sci-fi 15mm minis and games just fine. The price point is hard to beat as well. $45 or so for a 4x6 playing area with 5 different height/style buildings, with about 20 total buildings is pretty decent.
