I'm working on a counts-as Tyranid army. It's mostly for fun and to add a little variety into my gaming life. However, I'd like to have the option to take it to some small local events should the situation arise. For the sake of killing any arguments before they start, lets just assume the TOs for any such hypothetical events have already been contacted and are cool with it as long as the model heights are accurate.

So, I need some information from y'all! I need the model height (bottom of feet to top of head) for the most recent versions of the following models:
-Tervigon
-Hive Guard
-Zoanthropes
-Carnifexes

Please be as exact as possible (mm's, preferably).

You're better off going feet to top of carapace with Tyrands. Most have Carapace extending above their head (the Tervigon is a good example, it's head is below the halfway mark of its height). I can't find my measure tap, so I can only give approximates in inches.

Tervigon - about 6", maybe 7"
Carnifex - about 4"
Hive Guard - about 3"
Zoanthrope - about 4"-5"
