Looking for suggestions on how I should expand my Necron Army.

So far this is what I have.

24 Warriors
6 Scarab Bases
6 Destroyers (2 heavies)
1 Overlord
2 Lords
1 Cryptek
1 Ghost Ark
1 C'Tan Shard

The battles in which I lose tend to be from being overran by infantry in melee. Because of this, I'm thinking about adding Immortals or adding a Triarch Stalker to provide support via the targeting relay.

That said, I'm open to other recommends on how to possibly expand what I have.

In that case, your next purchase should be two boxes of Wraiths and a Destroyer Lord.
(THAT will be some assault deterrence).

Llama, I'll second the Wraiths+Barge Lord combo. Most "power" lists have max wraiths, 2 barge lords and night scythes. Now, you don't have to max things out just to get some effective close combat units. Certainly 6 wraiths and just a single barge lord would be a good addition to a balanced list.

Wraiths are almost a must. They can just do so much damage and they are durable too, they have yet to let me down to this day

Uhh, while Wraiths and Nightscythes are staples in the majority of Necron players armies, "most" lists haven't used Command Barges since 5th edition. (the nerf chariots got in 6th pretty much meant any Barges that made it to the table tended to just be the Annihilation variety).
