Hey everyone, after almost seven months I've finally be able to start making tutorials again. Here's the latest three on a subject that I hope you will find useful, different ways of painting white.

White with an airbrush

White with a handbrush

Ok, I watched the colored whites: blue video. And I have two questions. Does it work as well with hand painting as well as airbrushing? And second, what is that model you use?

The results are going to be a little different depending on whether or not you're layering, wetblending, or glazing and how much time you spend doing each. Handbrushing can have similar results but will often take much, much longer to achieve. Skilled use of an airbrush allows very quick yet smooth gradients.

The principle behind the colored white videos is simply to introduce the idea of adding colors into the first few layers of shadows while still using transitional colors to make the final white appear clean and smooth.

tl;dr - Yes if you send the time.

If you want to see how you can get blends with a handbrush, check out my "laying to highlight" and "glazing to highlight" videos.

The model use in the "Colored White - Blue" video is an oop chaos sorcerer from WFB

Thanks for watching and commenting!

Here's the next video! Trying something new to cut down on video length. Please, let me know what you think.
