With all the C&D nonsense starting to clog up Dakka Discussions, News and Rumors, and other sub forums, please create a sub forum specifically for legal discussions and legal issues.

While it's an idea that has merits... I'm going to pull an argument from the anti-kickstarter forum crowd.
1) Dakka Discussions says: Discuss anything related to miniature games not covered in other forums (Note: 40K and WHFB Discussion does NOT belong here).
So why are legal issues that affect a) DakkaDakka (Resin Forge C&D warning) b) Gaming Companies (CHS v GAWPLC), or c) the gaming community in general (BoK v Battlefoam) not a part of miniature games that are not covered in other forums?
2) Would these new forums see the traffic that their current homes get, or inversely, would their old forums get enough traffic once they lose threads that belong in Dakka Legal Discussions?
3) Do you feel that there are enough legal issues affecting the miniature wargaming community that would necessitate the need for Dakka Legal Discussions, or are you just sick of seeing these threads?

What we really need is a sub forum for people to post threads asking for new sub forums... Seriously though, something needs to be added to the FAQ about this, it's a bit ridiculous. There is only so many times I want to rewrite the same points about the likelyhood of a new sub forum for whatever reason. We need some sort of solution to stop this coming up over and over again.

Disagree. They are very rare and interesting reads. And the C&D issue is sth. that unfortunately happens, even Yakface isn't completely safe from being fooled. Motion dismissed!

I suspect that you might have a different definition of 'clog up' to the rest of us.
There are nowhere near enough of these sorts of threads to justify a separate sub-forum for them.
