Im pretty sure a quick google would have answered your question.
They are a Hive Tyrant (an MC) with Wings, which allows them to fly. So yes. Yes they are FMC's. Else why call the Flyrants?

You need to read the updated FAQs for any codex that was written in 5th edition.

Better yet, print the Tyranid and Rulebook FAQs out and bring them to every game (or do what I do and put them on a tablet)
