With the errata adding Camo cloak to Telion and the amendment changing Camo cloak to +1 cover save (instead of Stealth), does this mean that a Scout squad with Telion (who has the Stealth rule) and Camo cloaks has +2 to cover saves? It seems pretty clear to me but I'm just making sure I haven't missed something.

They are the same rule so they do not stack.

I haven't seen these rules, but if what OP says is correct, and one is Stealth and the other is just +1 to cover saves, then they do stack.

Edit: to Warpspider: But they're not the same rule. They're both +1 cover save but from different sources.

You are correct OP, Telion's Stealth bonus can be in addition to the cover bonus Camo Cloaks offer.
|
Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).

Yes Telion and camocloaks stack. One gives +1 cover save the other gives stealth.

AFAIK, yes. This was one of the first things I did with the ADL + Quad gun when it came out. Allied SM with Tellion manning the gun making it BS5 and Precise Shots.
If an opponent gives you grief about it, refer them to the Stealth rule (from Tellion) in the BRB and the Camo Cloak Amendment (p3) http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_CustomProductCatalog/m3180059a_Space_Marines_v1.3_APRIL13.pdf

Remember that camo cloaks only give their benefit to the model wearing them, so you do have to pay for cloaks for the squad if you want everyone else to get +2 to their cover saves, as opposed to just the +1 for Telion's Stealth (which helps the whole squad).
