Ok as I understand it that if someone successfully passes a lookout sir attempt the wound goes to that model instead of the intended character. then that model does a save against a wound like normal. But let's say that the model then fails the save against that wound but has feel no pain. And now passes that roll. That one wond for a character moved to another model attempted to save and failed then saved against the wound with another form of save. Is all that I understand correct? If so awesome cause that sounds increadibly powerful.

Feel No Pain makes models extra tough. That's what I does. And Look Out Sir is a pretty reliable protection for ICs. That's how it's supposed to work.

Sweet. It's what I was hopping but what I understand of some rules have been known to be wrong, figured I'd get a few more opinions.

Some units such as the vidicare assassin have wound allocation rules where they get to pick specific targets with no look out sir to save them tho

I do not entirely understand what you are asking, but here is an answer to what I believe is your question.
Once the Look Out Sir is passed, that wound is passed to the new model and they deal with it as usual (eg. take an armor, cover or invulnerable save). If the model that the wound was passed to fails their initial save and has FNP, then they get to take their FNP as usual. All Look Out Sir does is allocate the wound to a new model--it is treated normally once passed.
