Simple question for those who have both models.

Could you use the large tripod base you get with the Icarus with the Quad Gun?

The big block that comes with the Quad Gun just doesn't thrill me.

Nope, it's literary a slot in piece, they use the same circular base for the actual gun.
I'm pretty sure they were designed to be interchangable
