I love the colour choice. Overall the model looks very good, but there are areas that look flat. In particular, I am talking about the green of the arms and the black claws. A wash or some highlights would change the look very easily; is there a reason why you have left them like that? I leave some areas on my nids fairly flat because I know I am going to gloss varnish them and reflected light tends to drown out painted highlights/shading.

I will be giving the legs a bit of a wash, you're right they do look a little flat. As for the plasticard, its Evergreen 3/8 sidewalk squares.
