Hey guys, don't know if you're familiar with Alien Dungeons's 15mm Kickstarter for "All Quiet On The Martian Front," but thanks to feedback from KS supporters, the cool trenches that they're producing for the game will be wide enough to accommodate FOW bases. If you're interested in getting some, you can always pledge $1 and get them as add-ons. Though if you don't mind mixing some SciFi with your historicals, take a look at the game itself! Looks to be a lot of fun.

They don't look wide enough for a Stand of Flames of War Infantry?

It is nice though....

Collecting Forge World 30k????? If you prefix any Thread Subject line on 30k or Pre-heresy or Horus Heresy with [30K] we can convince LEGO and the Admin team to create a 30K mini board if we can show there is enough interest!

Yeah, the stands of infantry for AQMF are much thinner then they are for FoW.

Ernie Baker, owner of AD, has already stated in a Q&A today that he will be making the trenches wide enough for FOW bases.

Though he might also make both skinny and wider trenches...he's not sure yet. But he's definitely making them to accommodate FOW.

In any case it is a dead easy conversion to widen a trench a bit. Or chop it in half and you get two 'dug-in' counters for your squads.

For FOW... the thing to do is grab some tripods, then try out some 1947-early 50's war of the worlds scenarios based off the new rules combined with FOW... they may be similar enough!

I wouldn't be surprised if there are some people feverishly crafting house rules to combine the Martians with FOW right this minute...
