Lets be civil here, FNP we all know is meant to save the model, where as RP is meant to save you points by bringing models back.
It would fit the fluff nicely  Zombies don't feel pain, and keep getting back up..

Nah, they don’t need no damn RP, zombies are already annoying enough as it is. Just give them a pistol for emperor’s sake. Having a bunch of corpses stumbling about all game long is not fun GW

Don't consider FNP as not feeling the shot. Consider it them getting blasted to apparent death, but staggering back to their feet in a way no living person could. FNP -is- exactly like res protocall, only it doesn't stop working if the entire squad dies.

How about they use exactly the same rules as current but we make them all T10 to represent the fact that they are hard to kill?
Or we could just use them the way they are.
As for Marines... Plot Armor is totally too weak. Give 'em a 2+ invuln too.
After all, one captain can take down a Daemon Prince, right?
