So I'm looking into getting into the tournament scene and all the tourneys in my area are 1999+1 as opposed to 2k points. Can someone please tell me why this is and what the difference is. I'm sure its a noob questions, but I am new at the whole tourney thing, so help would be appreciated. Thanks!
