I was thinking about starting a Nid army and I wanted some Tyrant Guards to go with my Swarmlord. It says that you can switch out the Scything talons for Lash whips or Bonesword, do they come with the model or do I have to buy the separate from another model?

If they don't come with the upgrades are there any good conversion or other models options?

You have several options, my friend.

First there are the aforementioned 3rd Edition Guard. They look awesome, but they might be tough to get hold of. They do have Lash Whips, and a rather cool looking Spineshield.

On the other hand, if you're confident with a saw/knife, you could take the official model and saw off the talons at the wrist from the arms and transplant of Venomthrope tentacles.
