Awards

Grand Champion---highest combined victory points, composition, army list, sportsmanship, and appearance scores. Prize is an 1850 point army of choice!

Best General---highest total victory points + army composition

Best Army---highest appearance + army composition +army list

Best Sportsmanship---highest total sportsmanship

Yep, this sounds fun. The comp haters should have a field day! lol.

Changed the painting rules. There will be NO in game penalty for unpainted models. Scores will simply be counted as outlined for respective titles (I.e, you could win best general with unpainted models but would be challenged to win best overall with a zero in painting)

Am I reading it correctly, that we can choose our Warlord Trait before the tournament and then use that same one throughout all 7 games? So no rolling off?

Either way, I'm in. This sounds fun. And the comp scoring looks well thought out, without being overbearing and restrictive.

You are reading it correctly. You choose your Warlord Trait and use it in all seven games. No rolling required.

Interesting that there's 3x Relic missions....

So wish I could attend. Maybe next year. I doubt there will be any 40K tournaments where I am now. Good luck with running the event Mike. I would like to see some good highlights of the event if you have the time after.
