I was wondering if people felt it's worth the money to buy a couple small armies for this game, knowing that it's out of print and that CMoN is planning on releasing an updated version (albeit for the earlier skirmish version). Took a look through the rules and it seems kind of neat, but I'm not sure if it's worth dropping $100US.

Edit: Ok. That was a bit vague. I'm wondering if the game is indeed pretty fun, and about how many units you need to make it work well.

Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

You can make reasonable armies for four of the factions, Griffin, Lion, Scorpion and Wolf and you can find them at Ludik Bazaar.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion. By the juice of the brew my thoughts aquire speed, my mind becomes strained, the strain becomes a warning. It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion.

Hm, interesting. If I don't mind my stat cards being in French that looks like it could be a handy source of minis. Unfortunately it does still kindof leave the question of if the game is much good unanswered.

The game is very good. MiniatureMarket.com is a good source for the minis in the US with English cards and rules, etc. It is scalable, but generally played with 2-5 units per side.
