Hi Dakka. I've looked through the gallery at all of your excellent models for a while, but I just recently started using Dakka myself.

I've been into 40k since sometime during 4th edition (I liked it for the models mostly), didn't start playing the game until sometime in 5th edition, and soon after 6th edition came out I started really getting into the Horus Heresy novels. Since in the past I've come an gone from 40k, I decided to start a blog to keep myself going in the hobby, and more recently, I joined Dakka to do the same.

Right now I'm working on a master's degree, so I don't have as much time for the hobby as I'd like, but still work on things as I get the chance. Considering how long I've been into 40k, it is pretty impressive that I don't have a single fully painted army (or even close), but I'm working on changing that right now.

My main army is a Blood Angel/Dark angel hybrid army (I love the ally rules, because now I can actually make them into a single army!) including jump packs, terminators, and a land raider. I'm making a 1500pt Blood angel, with Dark Angel ally army, and a 1750pt Deathwing army.

For Christmas, by brother (who plays Grey Knights and IG) got me some Space Wolves with Thunderwolf cavalry, so I've been working on them a bit too.
