Alright guys, I've recently gotten back into 40k after a break I started about when 6th dropped. I've gotten used to the new rules and updated my Chaos and necron armies. I've lost my first two games since coming back (first one was 7 - 1, second was 5 - 4) . I've had a real tough time getting used to killing fliers... the last game I played was against a three vendetta guard list *blech*. Any way, I've got a list worked up (improved upon since my last two games) and am wondering what you guys think.
I'll probably edit this later with a list of the other models I have to swap in before the tournament, as I really don't want to buy too many models if there is a chance I can just use something else I already have.

Again, I haven't played much 6th edition and not a whole lot of 40k since 4th ed (though I did do a lot of hobby work in 5th ed). This tournament is going to have quite a few flyers, so anti flyer is important. Let me know what you guys think!
Also, I'm not quite sure how to play Chaos, so if anyone see's strategy flaws here, let me know. Also a quick overview how you would play with, or against this list would be helpful.
