That is going to be outstanding once its all painted up.
A thought, although it may be too late to do...
Find some old-school transparency plastic sheets (the stuff used on overhead projectors) and print some large 40K pictures on it. Then glue that to the inside of your superstructure. This will give all of those windows a stained glass effect and close off the superstructure.
It would really pop if you could put a small LED type light in their so the windows would glow.

It's hard to tell, but I did that with a land raider (but no internal light...next time):
