Are Space Marine, Titan Legions, and Epic force cards still used?

Are they worth anything?

No not really.

They might be worth something to anybody trying to play the orginal versions of the game, but the NetEpic force books include summaries of all the cards so they're not vital if going down that route. They're of no use whatsoever to anybody playing Epic 40K or Armageddon.

I saw a pile of cards sell on ebay the other week for the £1 starting bid.
