Dark Angel list I put together for a Feast of Blades qualifier. Librarian will be going Telekinesis for Gate of Infinity (Hopefully). Tactical Squad and Devastator Squad will be splitting into two 5 man squads off of Combat Squads rule. Deathwing Assault with Belial + Knights and Both Terminator Squads. Librarian + Command Squad arriving via Drop Pod.

I don't usually like to be too critical about people's list but if you're trying to get anywhere in Feast of Blades you're gonna have to come up with something way better than this.

General issue: you're picking Deathwing which is already the less competitive "wing" of the DA codex and you're not even maximising its potential.

The list itself:

Belial TH/SS, good

Libby, lvl 2, not a bad choice, arguably Divination with prescience is its best use, specially with a shooty unit but Gate can work well too with a shooty unit. BUT you're joining him to:

A power armoured command squad... with no banner... and no guns... why??????? What is that unit gonna accomplish exactly? Why gate them if they got nothing to shoot with and can't assault?

DW Knights: they're good as an elite unit in a non-DW list but if you're running Belial you might as well get more DW termies, if you really wanna keep them at least get them a LRC so that you can have a better chance at getting the charge.

Dread: another "ok" choice, you're taking the assault cannon which works well at short-range but you've got no transport for it... How about giving it a pod? That way he can support the DWA

DW termies, good

Foot-slogging tacticals, not good... Get them a plain rhino at least so that they can be protected from Helldrakes (and still shoot their PC), also if they're gonna be the home-objective campers it'll stop them from running away (at least initially)

Predator, ok

Devastators: not a bad idea but poorly equipped, how are you combat-squadding them? I would go 2 PCs and 2 MLs... the MM and HB don't compliment each other at all.

How are you planning on dealing with fliyers?

You've got some work to do if you're gonna try to stand a chance in a competitive environment with a DW list, specially at 1850pts.

I completely agree with what phoenix darkus said. You list seems to be all over the place and not really good at anything.

I think it's better to take DWT over the DW Knights if you are taking Belial so you have more scoring Terminators. Knights are great though. You could throw in Ravenwing Black Knights for some fun. They are a fantastic unit and can help deep strike some termis if you need to with scout moves. You really have only two Terminator Squads and I think you are going to need at to take at least 3 terminators squads and then however many tacs you want. The Command Squad feels really out of place in my opinion and you aren't taking a banner. I would drop the command squad or change it around if you really want to take it. If you are taking an assault cannon Dread, throw him in a pod so he can be close enough to fire.
