Anyone might know of a conversion chart for vallejo and gw to minitaire paints?

I came here from google looking for an answer to the same question.

I don't have a minitaire conversion chart. But you can get a VGC & VMC --> Citadel chart with a google search.

EDIT : Scratch that. The colors on that doc look to me to be WAY off.
