Nob bikers are probably the best in the codex right now but i'm really pulled away by the fact that it needs some custom work. (and a whole lot of Money)
Is there and easy way to make a nob biker squad including a boss, painboy and waagh banner? my plastic card skills are not good and my green stuff skill is non-existent

I simple guide would really help.

FW Do a Nob Bikers kit, although that's a bit pricey and not really the ideal solution.

Perhaps you could just kitbash the warbikes and Nobs kits together? Maybe add a few extra armour plates here and there with plasticard (don't have to be a master to cut and stick some plates and rivets).

As the above poster said, FW does a Nob Bikers kit. Alternatively you could use the boy bodies with nob heads and arms and just bulk them up with shoulder pads and things, or making them cyborks and hiding their small bodies under cogs and widgets.

I'll probably kitbash them. since FW is super expensive :p

Get a few warbike kits, get a nob boxed set, put the nob bodies on the warbiker legs. For the painboy you can use a normal sized ork, but give him a white uniform and blood splatters.

Nobs from the Black Reach set are great for cutting up and making Nob Bikers out of.

I really want the nobz to hold one handlebar. should I be able to use a choppa arm for that? i'll just cut of the choppa and make it look like the tip of the choppa is a handlebar.

Yes you can. In fact, the nob biker arm in the warbike kit looks like a choppa from the nobz kit, so you should be able to use that one.
