So I ordered a whole bunch of chaos dwarves, and I wanted to have them swappable between 20mm and 25mm bases, given that in my play environment I wanted to be able to run them as Warriors of Chaos every now and then. Is there an elegant way of doing this, or not really?

Only thing I can think of is by putting pins onto the bottoms of their feet and drill a hole in each of the bases that matches with the pin location. It might be a bit wobbly, depending on the pin/hole size, but drying some sugar water on it should give it some stickiness if that happens.

You could get some 25x25mm MDF bases put steel paper on them and a magnet underneath the 20mm base. Then you can add or remove them from the 25mm base as required.

I think it should look ok with the MDF based the same as the dwarves.
