Its getting hot out, so why not stay indoors and play with some models? Use the code "SUMMER13" in the webstore* to save 15% on all orders until June 08th.

*Works on all items in the shop, you'll need to enter the code in the cart summary page (hit 'Cart' on the right side).

Can you give me a shipping cost estimate if I order this list:

Amamimoto The Ronin - Blister (1 Model)

Pilot Brantley & Engineer Falk of Federwerk - Blister [RESIN]
Valkyr Mk. 1 - Solo Box (1 Model) [Resin]

Shrew Hussar/Carbineer - Squad Box (3 Models)
Shrew Hussar/Carbineer - Blister (1 Model)

Mongoose Legionnaire - Blister (2 Models)
The Empire of Aquitar - Warband
Weasel Fusiler - Blister (2 Models)
Weasel Trapper - Blister (1 Model)

Beastmen Laborer - Blister

Jacques of Martinique - Blister (1 Model)

Also, how much that would change if I decide to order a few more models?

(To Hungary, Budapest)

Looks like Around $30 for regular slow, or $50 for Priority.

If its just blisters you want to add it shouldn't change much, another squad/solo box will require a bigger box.

What changes a bigger box means?

Likely higher shipping cost.

a Large Priority Flat Rate would be $70, but i don't know if that will be needed.

Nice deal OTL!

For those ordering large amounts from outside America; check with your post office for other costs. If the goods are worth a certain amount or more you will have to pay to receive them as well. I think it was over £50 of goods costs £30 to receive or something like that, you get about a month to make the payment before they return to sender.

It was a percentage of the cost of the items for me.

That's a much better way to do it I think. Damn you Royal Mail! But yeh, definitely check that stuff before a big order, it's good to be prepared.

It is a wildly abused method here to ask someone to buy and post it for you in the US as a gift, as gifts have a different handling procedure.

For example, here you can order things online and pay a fee as you take it if it's over 20 Euros. If you get it as a gift, the limit is 100 Euros. Even if you say pay some money for the guy who buys and posts it for you, it's much more cheaper than the fee.

But I think it's borderline illegal.

Yeah, Customs is a .

Combine it with the higher shipping prices to ship internationally and you gotta play that juggling game of 'Buying enough to offset the shipping price' but not enough to make customs rich.

Also I have some money to spend on minies and I have to account customs too.

It's not even kidding when you say it will costs as many euros as dollars.

People will start getting Endless figs soon, that should increase the loudness.

Canada customs are so random... I was charged almost $15 in customs for a $30 package once, but orders over $200-300 sometime pass through without anything to pay.

Not them! They'll post pictures of pretty models that'll I'll then want to buy!

Wait, does this discount stack with the DCM one? That'd be particularly impressive.

Yah I know that feeling.

Some of the Canadian specific message boards I go to, have sticky topics called "I hate Canada post" for a reason.

I imagine asking on a public forum will get you a big fat no. Maybe if you sent someone that you know who happens to work for OTLG a private message then they might be up for sending you a present in return for money.

I think that's what WhiteRoo meant, just without the PM part

But yeah WhiteRoo, that's definitely something to take to PMs with Cyp

Ask me about Brushfire or Endless: Fantasy Tactics

And what's the big difference here?(apart from the custom price of course) I assume a gift box has no price on it, but last time I read about this, gifts also have customs if they worth more than a certain limit, so gift boxes should have prices on them too?

The limit is lower for orders. (apparently "ordered from the internet" is a custom category here).

I also heard that packages sent as a gift do not have the same handling procedure if they being lost or something.

Got excited and went to look at the Heavy Brigadier to see if it was sold by itself, good news is that it is, the bad news is it has no price!

I think I have my final list and it looks like this:

Amamimoto The Ronin - Blister (1 Model)
Fox Shinobi - Squad Box (5 Models)
Tanuki Samurai - Squad Box (5 Models)

Weasel Trapper - Solo Box (1 Model)
Mongoose Legionnaire - Blister (2 Models)
Badger-At-Claw - Blister (1 Model)
Weasel Fusiler - Squad Box (5 Models)

Pilot Brantley & Engineer Falk of Federwerk - Blister [RESIN]
Valkyr Mk. 1 - Solo Box (1 Model) [Resin]
Shrew Hussar/Carbineer - Squad Box (3 Models)
Shrew Hussar/Carbineer - Blister (1 Model)

Jacques of Martinique - Blister (1 Model)
Hyena Witch Doctor - Blister (1 Model) [Resin]

Beastmen Laborer - Solo Box

How is this stands up for that $30/$50 box?

Its currently being converted to a resin model, as we've run out of the metal ones the Blister for it and Axony's Warband are currently no orderable. We hope to have the resins ready to go in a few weeks.

Whiteroo, I'll figure that out for you in the morning; we just got back from a 26hrs drive and I'm dead tired. (But i've got a box of Endless figures!)
