4th Edition, however will tweak and update once I get my 5th Edition next week!

It's completely different... Not much point using a codex that was written two editions ago, when the newest one was just one edition ago...
The list is redundant and obsolete.

If something does not exist illegally - therefore it must exist legally!
They are Deathwatch squad and are often loaned from the Imperium on specialist occasions.

Added commas so my comment made sense... Where are you getting rules for the deathwatch squad and the space marine squad? And it's not the most up-to-date codex, and therefore is obsolete.

I do not what you have consumed, but this list is not legal by a longshot. Also mentioned IG Codex as you linked in the last link do not contain any Sm elements.
