Hi folks,

Relatively new to the wonderful world of Warhammer Fantasy - cloaks/cloth/horses scare me!
Can anyone recommend a good picture/video based tutorial for painting High Elves?
I'm looking to start off with the Ulthuan scheme. i.e. the white/blue guys!

At work at the moment so sadly can't spend too much time scouring the net!

Any advice appreciated

Thanks

Thanks,

Already saw that one and ones similar to that. There seems to be a lack of step by steps out there given that the HElves have just had a load of new models punted out.

Ah well.

In all honesty it's mostly painting cloth that's giving me cause for concern. Blending/feathering is a royal pain in the butt.

I don't know the colours you need, but cloth can be real easy if it's a cream colour

Go with a chalky or bone coloured base, then highlight the raised points with a lighter chalky colour. Then wash with seraphim sepia.
