It says I can only have three wraiths at max? What is this horse gak? That's kind of lame, codex. I wanted nine, not just three...
I have to re-think my army now. Maybe I'm just interpreting the codex wrong?

I will soon have a good necron army....Well, at least I'm hoping.  |

Please explain to what rule you're referring, with quotes and page references if possible.
You can have up to eighteen Wraiths (three units of six) in a single Force Org, if you spend all three of your Fast Attack slots on them.

(But they got WBB and were I6 though!)
