There's a few models I like, but too few I'd be better off buying retail for less shipping. Then I see what fits in with my deadzone rebels

Even I've got to say, reaching where they are is damned impressive, especially since they're not a company that would be regularly discussed in gaming clubs.

There's that big paypal link on the kickstarter page, so they're probably fine.

Indeed, that would have scared the living gak out of me, had I been a supporter. As far as I know, not even Games Workshop have attempted to claim that they've effectively invented a whole new realm of ultra effective project management techniques that the whole world isn't aware of.

That just seems delusional to me.

So, 3-4 hours or so until 'tonight' is 'tomorrow.' - Good luck folks!

Oh, wow, I guess they weren't doing a runner after all.

I'm wondering if my mate may be interested in trying to get some of them at retail to use as Sisters of Battle. - Maybe some of the 'heavy' troopers?

I believe most of the 2nd edition bolters (not from the boxed game) for marines had stocks on them, but yeah, they never had any firing from it.

I was thinking they were maybe trying to invoke the 'Brotherhood of Steel' from Fallout, as I had seen that kind of style before someplace. But they look completely different. - Maybe something a bit like the Enclave armour?

I dunno, anything involving kids being a redline doesn't seem like that selective of an outrage to me...

I thought people mentioned it was last September....

GW may even have released theirs by that time.

Actually maybe that's a good reason for them to do it. Use Sods Law to the advantage of the non kickstarter Sisters players

Yeah, I can't see that happening, to be honest. As soon as they start totalling up the postage and packaging for Wave 1, I'll be astonished if you actually end up with 3 waves, nevermind 4.

I don't know much about the company, do they have some sort of other regular cash flow too? Or do they just a small handful of other minis on a web store?

If it is the latter, then yeah, it probably is worth getting concerned if there's no models in hand in say 6 months.

Not that I know anything about economics, especially of living on France.

Um, yup, that sounds like your standard large business to me, albeit RH only has what? 4 guys?

At least they haven't talked about a revolutionary pre-meeting planning meeting meeting concept.

So, lets see if I've got this right.

There's 2,748 backers. Roughly what, 4 staff-members at Raging Heroes?

And they figured, you know what is absolutely essential to a 10 month overdue Pledge Manager?

A Live Chat system.

I really feel sorry for you guys, genuinely.

It reminds me of Finecast...

I think he means the various 'wrinkles' on the model, like the bottom right hand corner of the cloak?

I think they were behind the 'Heroquest 25th' thing, which got taken off kickstarter and went onto a Spanish equivalent.

Although it's not power armour (I'd probably class it in 40k terms closer to carapace armour), I like the Mantic Rebs Commanders armour.

Please excuse my general painting incompetance.
