So What do you guys think?

I think the bottom of the list looks sloppy. You're spending a lot of points on leman russes that are only ever going to fire a single weapon at a time, and in the case of the battlecannon, the worst single weapon you can fire on a russ.

If you ditch the ADL, the vendetta the HWS (that's just going to be blown away instantly), and the meltabombs, you have 320 points. Turn that into 3 chimeras for the platoon and one for the CCS, and you've got 100 points left over to equip those russes properly.

For example, you could run a list like...

CCS - 3x plasma, krak grenades, chimera

PCS - 3x melta, chimera
PIS - melta, chimera
PIS, melta, chimera

PCS - 3x melta, chimera
PIS - melta, chimera
PIS, melta, chimera

Vanquisher - lascannon, multimeltas
Vanquisher - lascannon, multimeltas
Executioner - lascannon, plasma cannons


This gives you WAY more AV12, and more durable scoring units, and lots more, better guns.

WHY would you lose the detta???? Now he has no flyer defence at all! And again with you proclaiming LRBTs to be the "worst" Leman Russ. As you and Peregrine have argued this MANY times on MANY different threads, I feel I should step in at this point and tell the OP that there is evidence for both sides, but it depends on a number of things in your meta. Just because you, Ailaros, hate LRBT, flyers, and FW (IIRC), does not mean you have to impose those limitations on others, claiming that it is the thing to do.
