What do you think of converting into Helldrake? I quite like the model, only thinking about small mechanizations and chaotizations.. Flamer in the mouth, horns, a spyke or two, maybe something else. What do you think? I am a bit worried about size actually.

I think that will be very tough to pull off. The phoenix miniatures are very elegant and may suit a Tzeench themed marine army, but you need to do a lot of converting to make it look like it belongs in 40K. Good luck and keep posting if you need help.
