I think you should look again at the codex. The Wraithunits are 294 points with D-Scythes it is 10 points per model not just 10 points total.

Also being a MC the Wraithknight can fire 2 ranged weapons, so why buy him a 3rd and 4th he won't get to shoot? Get him the Suncannon it is the only weapon that makes him worth his investment then get a scatter laser so he's twin linked. That's all, he'll need that 5++ and probably warlock and farseer support hence why I don't think he fits in a Wraith list very well. Your Farseer will need the Spirit Stone if he's planning on using Fate spells.

What do your Wraithlords want to shoot at? Take 2 BLs or scatter laser and shuriken cannon.

Looks like he wants his lords to handle AT, but then I kinda see the scatter laser being a waste so I agree with you. Just spring for the second BL and be done with it.

Dunno what he is going to do for AA. Looks pretty boned there IMO.

Well its the same cost for 2 BLs so I don't understand the scatter laser at all here. Yeah there's also a total lack of AA and other issues but let's at least get it legal first...
